About the Role
Workspace Resource is a 35 year-old office furniture company located in downtown Tulsa and operates primarily throughout the metro area. This position is based out of our central warehouse location a few blocks away from the main office.
We are expanding our installation team and are seeking an experienced Installation Manager who possesses leadership skills and is a team player. Management experience is required.
The Installation Manager will direct and work alongside our existing team of installers at various customer locations. Unloading and assembling office furniture items, provide move assistance, and complete the removal and disposal of all debris generated by packaging material is a very typical day.
This position will periodically require overnight travel (approximately 10 -15 nights a year).

Must be very experienced with hand tools and very mechanically-inclined.
Must be adept at solving problems and resolving issues pertaining to the assembly and repair of office furniture.
Must possess a high attention to detail (the damage of product during installation is unacceptable).
Must be willing to work periodic overtime as customers’ needs dictate our schedule.
Must have the ability to work and act professionally in all types of business environments.
Must have a valid driver’s license (no exceptions).
Must have a dependable vehicle (no exceptions).
Must have a neat and clean physical appearance as we do 90% of our work within our client’s facilities that are occupied by their employees.
Must pass background and drug test.
