Project Managers

Our Project Managers:

  • Oversee order verification and detailed review of final furniture layouts including site verification of critical dimensions.

  • Coordinate furniture deliveries from all manufacturers.

  • Conduct thorough site inspection to confirm availability of elevators, loading docks, trash facilities, staging areas, etc.

  • Coordinate with construction, communication, electrical, and other contractors, as appropriate.

  • Create a detailed schedule of furniture installation based on construction progress, furniture lead times, and client needs.

  • Provide oversight during installation and are responsible for monitoring progress of the installation and adherence to timelines. 

  • Are responsible for identifying, tracking, and resolving any post-installation issues.
